Who Are We?
Vodia Ventures is the private investment arm of Vodia Capital. We develop blind-pooled and SPV funds to invest in emerging technologies across a range of sectors impacting the rapidly growing needs of society. We seek companies creating scalable, technology-enabled solutions with proven leadership. We take on board leadership roles in many of our investments to improve their trajectories and protect our investors’ money.
Our Investments
(Formerly HelpAround) Leverages technology to provide the technology services and platform to specialty pharmaceutical for patient activation, management, and adherence. Addressing an industry-wide problem in which over half of eligible patients fail to successfully navigate their treatment, RxWare’s technology can ensure a cohesive patient journey while supporting the pharmaceutical brand to expand its reach. Vodia Ventures participated in their Series A round and is currently serving as board chairman.
(Formerly Cryoocyte) Owns intellectual property in a range of cryopreservation technologies to enable new aquaculture management techniques that reduce reliance on vaccinations, medicines, and feeds while improving farming yield. Using their knowledge in aquaculture, Ecto has developed a SAAS solution for land and aquatic farming to solve the problems around data collection and process management. Vodia Ventures led their Seed, Series A, and Series 1 rounds and is currently a board director.
Provides tech support and training to help older adults feel more comfortable with phones, computers, tablets, and more. They work with enterprises including senior living communities, health plans and healthcare providers, social service agencies, and directly with consumers. Their services are remote and nationwide.
Is disrupting the treatment of spinal fractures with the OsteoPearl VBA System - a minimally invasive and cement-free technology that utilizes the natural healing properties of healthy bone. Vodia Ventures currently holds a board observer seat with Lenoss.
(Formerly eCurv) DemandQ's AI-enabled Real-time Demand (RTD) Hub brings together energy suppliers and commercial end-users to enable lasting value for both. For energy suppliers, utilities, and industry partners DemandQ makes it easy to incentivize commercial end-users to manage energy more intelligently. Vodia Ventures led their Seed round and is currently a board observer.
Pioneered technology that returns polycotton waste back to the raw materials from which it was made. This allows for fashion brands to reuse fibers and reduce harm to the Earth in the process. With major partnerships such as Zara, Circ also provides a long-term solution to the environmental impact of the fast-fashion industry.
Is modernizing AI-Powered Infrastructure Inspections and Work Planning for electric grid operators. They have developed Artificial intelligence with industry-leading accuracy for effective data analysis, swift fault detection, and prioritized maintenance to maximize time and cost savings.
